• Account credentials — access token required to use the app
• Booking data — locker ID, booking time, duration, and status
• Payment data — processed via Stripe or NOWPayments; Neklinx does not store card numbers or full payment details
• Device data — push notification token (Expo), device OS version
• Usage data — app interactions used to improve service reliability

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the locker service
• To process payments and issue receipts
• To send booking confirmations and timeout alerts via push notification or email
• To improve service reliability and performance
• To comply with applicable laws and resolve disputes

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the service:

• Stripe / NOWPayments — payment processing
• Render — cloud infrastructure and database hosting
• Expo — push notification delivery
• Anthropic — AI-powered in-app chat support (message content only; no personal identifiers are transmitted)

4. Data Retention

Booking and payment records are retained for 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data under applicable privacy laws, including:

6. Security

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
